“Jay was recommend to us to train our special needs son who wants to be body builder. Right from the start everyone in the gym was extremely welcoming and kind to Dom and Jay has been an excellent trainer. Dom really thrived under him and dropped weight and built muscle fast. Everyone in the gym treated Dom like family and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to train and workout. We’ve had to take a break for now, but there’s no other gym in the Treasure Valley that we will ever go to, this will always be our home and I can’t speak highly enough about Jay, Michele, and everyone there who worked to give Dom a wonderful experience.”
